Community Report 2014: Improved infrastructure planning

We promised to ensure that, as the Local Plan housing numbers are delivered, the infrastructure will be improved to meet the demand. We are introducing a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to secure money from developers that will go towards roads, schools, and other community facilities.
