Mr Rob Stanton

Borough (Finchampstead North)

I am married with two grown sons, both of whom have been to University, obtained degrees and come home! We have lived in Finchampstead for over 20 years. I retired early in 1997 after 38 year career with WH Smith where my last position was London Area Manager. I am a past Chairman of School Governors at Hatch Ride Primary School. In addition I have served as the Constituency Chairman of the Bracknell Conservative Association, and I found that gave me a good understanding of both local and national politics. Now I have been elected to represent Finchampstead North in Wokingham Council much of my time is targeted towards that role. For hobbies I like to travel, particularly to the USA and its wide open spaces. My other passion is to watch Chelsea FC which serves as a real outlet and something different.
