The Lexicon Bracknell comes to life

Posted: Sep 8, 2017

Bracknell is a great place to live, work, play and now it is also a great place to shop and dine out! In our Bracknell Forest manifesto we promised residents a new town centre, fit for the 21st century and now The Lexicon Bracknell is officially open and the local community came out in great numbers to experience the transformation, to lunch out and savour the coffee of our Bracknell Baristas. Shoppers were entertained with magic, singing, sounds of the forest, freebies, police on horse back and spectacularly dressed performers on stilts.

A new town centre for future generations, Bracknell Forest Council welcomed 150 local primary school children to the official town centre opening at Bond Square and the Mayor of Bracknell Forest Cllr Mrs Tina McKenzie-Boyle unveiled the plaque.
